Recipes using Monin Gourmet Syrups
 

Basic French Soda

Ingredients

  • 30ml French Grenadine Syrup (Monin)
  • Soda
  • Ice

Method

Add 30ml of our Grenadine Syrup to a 300ml glass, top up with chilled soda and ice and stir well before service. Best served with stirrer straw. Other flavour to try: Pomegranate

Rose Bubbles

Ingredients

  • 10ml French Rose Syrup (Monin)
  • 10ml Cranberry Juice
  • Your favorite Champagne

Method

Combine into champagne flute and top with rose petal

Violet Spritzer

Ingredients

  • 15ml French Violet Syrup (Monin)
  • 10ml Blueberry or Raspberry Liqueur
  • A squeeze of lime
  • Soda, chilled

Method

Combine all ingredients into tall glass. Top up with chilled soda water


Lavender and Sage Martini

Ingredients

  • 25ml French Lavender Syrup (Monin)
  • 40ml Grey Goose Citron
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 6 sage leaves
  • 2 lavender flowers

Method

Muddle sage leaves, lavender flowers and Monin Lavender Syrup. Add all other ingredients. Shake and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with some lavender sprinkles

Basic French Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit (strawberries, cherries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup milk
  • Ice
  • 40ml Grenadine Syrup (Monin)
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt

Method

Serving size: 300ml
Fill glass 3/4 with milk, add to blender along with ice and yoghurt. Add Syrup and fruit. Blend for 30 seconds. Serve

Grand Granate

Ingredients

  • 10ml Pomegranate Syrup (Monin)
  • 10ml Cranberry Juice
  • 15ml Grand Marnier
  • 40ml Gin

Method

Pour ingredients in a shaker filled up with ice, shake vigorously, serve in a Martini glass, add a twist of lime

Pomegranate Delight

Ingredients

  • 15ml Pomegranate Syrup (Monin)
  • 15ml Peach puree
  • 60ml Grapefruit Juice
  • Top with Lemonade

Method

Blend all ingredients in a tall glass filled up with ice, and top with lemonade, Stir and serve.
