If for any reason your order was damaged upon arrival, please contact us within the following 2 business days for a prompt, courteous replacement. There will be no refunds. Trois Crepes cannot be held responsible for purchases sent back to us by UPS or USPS for either non-signature or for unsuccessful attempted deliveries.
All items purchased online from Trois Crepes are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Trois Crepes will not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Backorders
Trois Crepes buys exclusively from French and European artisans and manufacturers. Therefore, quantities may not always keep up with demand. Trois Crepes does its best to keep stock on hand and deliver its fine treats in a timely manner.
Privacy
Trois Crepes respects the privacy of our clients. No personal data will be shared with other companies and whatever personal information you do provide to us will only be used to serve you better and keep you informed of our seasonal and special offers (No more than once a month).

Sales Tax
For orders that are shipped within New York State, sales tax of 8.375% is charged. For orders shipped outside of New York State there is no sales tax. |
